No service

The primary reason for choosing Webafrica was to enjoy high-speed and reliable internet. Unfortunately, the reality has been far from what was promised. There is no service at all. This unreliability has left me questioning the quality of the infrastructure and the company's commitment to delivering a dependable service. Despite raising these concerns multiple times, there seems to be no genuine effort on Webafrica's part to address and rectify these issues. This lack of accountability reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.
