No service dilemmas

The service was brilliant until a short while ago. The WhatsApp line has taken such a long time to even link me with a consultant, and this is within working hours. Trying to phone them has alloted me a waste of airtime and no pickup after being on the phone for about 10 minutes. The main problem being my lte sim card not having any service whatsoever, yet it was working not 24 hours ago. It is shocking as this Internet needs to be used for two people to do their jobs. This happened at the end of this month and start of September. Makes one wonder if it is worth still paying the amount.
