No Service Delivery at all

This is possibly the worse customer experience and service in this industry ever. If you are looking for an internet service provider, WebAfrica is not it. We made the payment and still do not have service. However the worse is trying to get in touch with them for help. I have been holding on the line for 25 mins and the callback service they offer also does not work. Big shocker... will definitely be looking for an alternative Internet Service Provider going forward.
