No service

These people have no customer service at all, there live chat is a joke, been holding for over an hour, been without internet the , routine maintenance supposed to be from 430 to 530, it's now 10h30 still no internet and now way to contact them, they only have WhatsApp, but there are no agents, so what's the point, I work from home at Zar 100 p/h already lost over 600 ZAR
