NO SERVICE BUT THEY KEEP THE MONEY!!!@

The worst service EVER !!!!!! I deeply regret leaving my Telkom line for their VOIP. After trying to use GS Wave and Zoiper, these apps had very bad speech intelligibility so I opted for their 'pre- configured cordless phone system' recently. I ordered and paid R1828 for the phone on 8/7/2021 and I had to chase them to deliver the phone! It came on the 26/7/2021. When I thought the problems with VOIP were gone, they were only starting. I set up the phone as per manual on their website and it couldn't pick up the IP address. I reached support on WhatsApp and I was told to receive help I should settle my bill IN ADVANCE! They normally take money on the 1st and my bill is always paid up to date. I comp**** and paid the R1198 charged in advance for me to be supported. Thereafter I had a half a day chat with a service agent on WhatsApp. Trying to reboot and set the phone and base. No luck that day, the agent wanted to book a new phone, since the one I had delivered is not working as advertised " the ready to use, preconfigured" a big fat Lie! They escalated the issue to the CCT and promised to send an email with feedback. I gave it a week nothing recieved. I am now chasing them for a service I paid for but it's not being rendered, I hate being conned!! No initiative being taken from their side, I have now tried since last week again to reach support. I had a chat with Amanda on the 8th who escalated again, waiting no response no service. I had a chat with Mekayla on the 11th again escalating the matter and promised feedback and a way forward on the 12th as they are supposed to receive feedback then from some VoIP provider. I gave it a whole day yesterday, now chatting Junaid on the 13th, I am receiving more stories and excuse, No service, No feedback, No way forward! I am sitting with a phone that cannot make calls or recieve calls! Fix this ******** or give my money back ASAP and collect this non functioning phone! I paid for, and expected a pre configured functioning phone. I don't have half a day to spend, everytime trying to chat up bots and agents and no solution is given! Close to 6 weeks of no service for a service I paid for and having to chase them, you cannot be serious!
