No service, but still billing...

Signed up with Africa on 6th of January 2021. Not a single day of service, but still billing. Numerous support calls and Whatsapp conversations. All closed with no resolution. Can't even cancel the service and return the router.

Please, do not sign up with this company. Worst I have ever experienced.
