worse customer service!!

I paid and received a router two weeks ago, but no one called to organize an installation, the customer service is terrible!!!!!

They keep deducting money from my account without an explanation and I STILL don't have wifi. I have spent R500 trying to get it working and still have no luck.

I can't cancel the service because they keep referring me to a different agent for HOURS. i am trapped in a loop of HELL!
