No service at all!

I wait for alomost an hour for them to answer their phone. I want to cancel my subscribtion. You don't get any service from them. My internet is te most of the time so slow or down. I have a 20 meg line and cannot even what a youtube clip. So i pay for nothing! No play on the app were you can cansel.
