No service at all and no senior management response either

I can't speak about the level of service because there is none. I've been battling since beginning of June to get connected but eventually canceled all efforts. If you eventually get through to an agent you wait up to an hour for them to say a few words to you. It's obvious they assist multiple clients at the same time. No customer service.
