No service at all

My Internet is down AGAIN and AGAIN there is no one to speak to you! they want you to speak to the "bots" on their website or via Whatsapp which I have done on both but here is the result:

I have tried phoning them but you can only get hold of the sales dept that has a physical person on the other end which advised me the ONLY way to contact for support is via the website or whatsapp. So in short I am ONLY good enough to speak to when you want my business BUT if I have a problem there is no one to speak to. So from myside I want to say the following to a company that wants to distance them from their customers, I will distance myself from you!
