No service and we just have to pay

We joined webafrica 4 months ago and we have non stop problems. Vumatel is just as useless. Everything gets done on a whats app chat. No one phones back. They debit us every month and then takes 7 working days to allocate the money to the right account, this means by the 3de of each month we don't have wifi until they get the money allocated.

I need this sorted out or you can come and take out your router. This is the worst company to have wifi with!!!!
