No service and triple deduction on account!

I moved and Fi re modem was installed on 21 Nov. No service yet. Got confirmation email that old service has been discontinued but was triple Bulle to the amount of R6265 in the last 24 hours.

They just don't give a flying f@ck about their customers.

Definitely not using them in future. Incompetency proven over and over again. Sam said on you Webafrica. Pau back the money
