NO service! and horrible support!!!

1. Support is horrible, agents unskilled, suggesting changes that aren't even relevant like wifi when I already told them that I'm using LAN cable only. 2. No call back from manager's. I've been waiting for more than 2 months and logged many tickets asking for escalation multiple times. 3. Connection drops daily between 3 and 5 times, then it's off for 1min up to 30 minutes. 4. Heavy packet loss on a daily basis. 5. Provided Faulty router - the Zyxel router they provided throttled the upload connection.
