No service

Everytime I must increase my speed, it’s already 200mps/200mps but still slow and can’t connect more then 4 devices. Now the internet is totally down, and I must chat to a robot that gives no help. Not sure how a person can pay for such bad service, specially if u reliant on internet for work. I want to cancel this service and rather go back to Telkom lte router
