No service

I made payment for my Fibre 10 days ago. Till date I'm disconnected. The chat service has been nothing but rude and unassistive. I've given them the POP so many times and requested a manager but nothing. I've tried everything and nothing even a refund. I'm tired how do I get my money back for services not rendered
