No service

The service is useless more than 72 hours without internet. I request a technician today I was promised that the person will make contact during the day but nothing happened

I wonder if they will be happy to be without internet for so long.

Everytime you lock in to speak to an agent it's the same story over and over. Getting the same emails over and over. Webafrica your system are worth nothing what kind of klieent service is this?

I really don't know what to do anymore
