No Service

I have signed up with Web Africa as a ifi service provider on the 2nd November 2023. 18 days later and still no Wifi. There sales will sell you the world but cant even deliver on activation/installation.ig took me hours on live chat having to wait a. Hour juat for a responce and even then no one could.pic up a phone to advise what is happening or what the delay is.
