I've been trying o contact you for the past 5 days and there are no responses on your live chat. The problem that I'm acing cannot be fixed by the self help options that you give. I've tried to reach out on the live Webchat chat as well as WhatsApp chat. Vumatel had been to my property as I thought that the fault is with my box but it's not.
