No service!

Absolutely disgusting service been given the run around by a pathetic bot! I haven't had internet access for 3 days and I cannot get through to someone to assist me!

It literally takes an hour for a agent to chat to you on WhatsApp and when you eventually do they end the chat!

I don't and didnt expect this from you guys at all.
