No service

Clearly you don't need the business or the money these days. I upgraded or should I say tried to upgrade my line more than 2 weeks ago and still nothing has been done. Spoke to a consultant last week and he said someone would call me back and nothing. No longer interested in upgrading I will rather move to someone else
