No service

Extremely bad customer service. You only get robotic messages and if you do get connected you have to wait up to 40 minutes between replies.

I tried to move my service to a new house, but ended up getting 3 different prices from them, after the first operator told me it will be free of charge as I've been a subscriber for 3 years.

Now I have to return the router at my own cost to Centurion in it's original undamaged packaging which makes no sense as cardboard is bio degradable.
