No Router Delivered ???? No Installation ???? Since 08 Feb

I app**** for a fiber connection on the 8th of February on the WebAfrica website. The website clearly stated that installation takes 5 to 7 days. Till today I have not recieved a router or any installation been done. I got a call on the 22nd of Feb from the courier guy saying that he is at my gate but i was at work. He then said he will deliver the next day (23/02). Till today I have no router. I have logged calls and to no assistance. Next week will be a complete month. I am very disappointed with the level of customer service.
