no router and no internet service..paying for nothing..

i have been having endless problem with Webafrica, took the 50mb lte with the router and they only delivered the sim card and had to pay R200.00 to deliver the router,received an sms:::Good day. Your LTE- Advanced order placed with Web Africa is being processed. In order to deliver your SIM & Router, we need to confirm your delivery address, we will call you within 24 hours. Reference No. 62521an sms received on the the 2018/04/05… Till today no router have been delivered and send thru numerous emails: emailed with the Gary Nero : who was not in any assistance at all stating that : I await feedback from our Product manager and will revert ASAP that was on the 24/05, no response from him till today...and i have already Paid R200.00 and another R500.00 still no router no internet service as i saw a due balance on the account thinking let me settle the amount then will receive a router..I have received such a pathetic service ever...
