No response response from support/after sales

I have a query, but cannot get hold of Webafrica on any of their platforms. Logged a ticket - no response. Phoned the support line numerous times - no answer. Tried the whatsapp support line - no response.

My tickets keep getting closed without any resolution or with just a basic help guide. WhatsApp chats are closed without people actually doing anything. I'm not even cancelling my line i want an upgrade and that's taking for ever.
