No Response on Tickets or Complaints
It has been 15 days now since I requested a status update on my line installation being handled by Web Africa, I have sent multiple emails and still no response.<br> <br> Never have I had such terrible service from Web Africa, and now that I want to cancel all my services with them I am also forced to wast airtime to phone them to cancel the services. Pathetic.
