No response, no updates, still waiting

Been a member for more than 10 years, ordered a new router and LTE service, after receiving a refurbished and opened router and still waiting 7 days later to get my sim actived, i think Webafrica have now fallen to a new low. WA you used to be the goto ISP thati promoted to people. Your WA support goes no where and responses, if any, are of the empty kind. I'm but the disappointment levels are beyond description!
