No response from Webafrica 9 months after promised refund

A HelloPeter complaint against WebAfrica and my LTE subscription at the end of May, 2018. This is the gist of the complaint. There's one company I warn you never to have dealings with is WEBAFRICA. I was warned not to use them. I was stupid enough not to listen. I joined in May 2018. Only to have trouble right from the beginning. WEBAFRICA has the most *********** staff that I know. Even the MD of the company has no manners as has never returned one call I have requested. I was told by their staff he doesn't talk to customers. That is why WEBAFRICA is so useless. I took the "package" where you use your own router. The sim card eventually arrived. It was inserted into the router I have. Everything was working fine until suddenly I had no internet. I contacted WEBAFRICA. They did a few tests and told me that my router was faulty. I must take another package which includes a route. A few hours later I started getting internet again through my own router. I contacted WEBAFRICA but there was nobody on duty except support who said they could nothing. The other package arrived with a small router and a new sim card. Problems started again, as I was getting internet and then no internet. The head of support sent said he would send me another router overnight as he had just tested it and it was fine. When it arrived the next day, it worked for a few hours and then there was no internet. I was told that I had reached my cap in 7 days (100 gigs). They tried to load an update and nothing happened. This was done twice still without any luck. Myron the Sales director loaded 25 gigs and nothing happened. He said don't worry it won't be taken off my account. IT WAS. He never bothered to check. A local man who does work for WEBAFRICA came round on a Saturday morning to check. He used his own router and could also not get any internet using my sim card. He called WEBAFRICA support and told them that there is a fault with the internet or sim card. WEBAFRICA promised to come back, which they never did. When I phoned, I was told that this person had gone home. I reported this to WEBAFRICA with following ticket. (Ticket ID: 184852 ) 28/05/2018 10:45 To Whom it May Concern. Due to the shocking service I've received from WebAfrica in my first month (May 2018) I want you to cancel my dealings with WebAfrica with effect from 01/06/2018. Promised investigation by Myron on why I was unable to access internet (This was confirmed by Craig Blignaut that there was, no Internet using his own, lap top, router and my sim card), no access through the LTE Router B315s - 22, false readings on usage and system would not top up after 20gigs was added on Friday 25/05/2018 and was not checked and this amount was taken off my account, which still has not been reversed. Please make arrangements for ALL MONEY taken off my account to be reversed and collection of the B315 lte router. I then complained and received an email from Mziwothando Tukuta ********** As per your request for a confirmation that your Account has been added to the Refund list and services that has been cancelled. Please be advised that this Email serves to confirm that your request has been processed accordingly. All services with Webafrica has been cancelled as requested and a Refund of R1792.55. Hope you find the above in order. Kind Regards Webafrica No promised response or refund to outstanding amount to date as stated on email from Mziwothando Tukuta on 31/05/23018 by someone in sales. This is shocking
