No response from customer care

It is nearly impossible to speak to customer care. Their whatsapp just directs you to a Bot, and my phone calls never seem to get through to an agent. I've emailed previously as well, and they responded 2 weeks later? How can one resolve an issue that needs immediate attention if you cannot get through to customer care.
