No Response

We were contacted by Ayesha in February regarding our free annual re-design of our website which was due in March. Since then, we had had one email from Ayesha on the 29th March saying they are working on our design. We are now a week into April and still no design and no further communication. I have complained about the service on Twitter but also get no feedback. Very disappointed in this kind of service.
