No reply to 3 service requests. And no services delivered.

I purchased their LTE 20/20GB service before Christmas (22nd) for my parents'. They took my money.

I waited the expressed time for delivery but no services arrived.

I then opened a support ticket asking what the delay was. They deleted the service request without a reply.

I opened another service tequest, also deleted without a reply.

I opened a third service request. This has not been answered. I have prompted a second message in there. Still no reply.

It's now the 6th January.

Did they ***** my money or what? I thought WebAfrica was a reputable company. What else could be going on here with the no services and radio silence?
