No reply, subscription cancelled 02 Nov !
I have cancelled my subscription on 02 November and mailed your billing accordingly 2 times. All I get back from your billing is that my ticket has been closed 2 times in a row without even responding to my query. I also called and stayed on the line for hour's and tried your what‘s up for a very long time for several days to no avail. We will no longer use your service.

23 Dec 2020, 11:12No response and handed over to the ***** unit despite many further attempts to make contact costing me many hours. They even double billed me !! Good luck to them. Seems Hellopeter are not as active as before. Will get my lawyers involved.
