Hello Lincoln<br> <br> I just had a conversation with you regarding my account.<br> Do you know that you provided the worst customer service ever.<br> You did not even try to assist me, not even giving me a chance to speak.<br> I really want this call recording to be listened to by your Contact Centre Manager.<br> Like I said I don't mind you suspending my service but then DO NOT BILL ME WHILE I'M SUSPENDED.<br> I have been paying every week now an amount I can afford to get my account balanced.<br> Please send me a survey so that I can rate this service.<br> As I said before if I was not making any payments on the account it would be a different matter.<br> BUT I AM MAKING PAYMENTS ON THE ACCOUNT.<br> HAVE A LOOK AT ALL THE ATTACHMENTS.<br> I WILL BE GOING TO HELLO PETER WITH THIS APPAULING SERVICE.<br>
