No refunds

I requested a refund for the services I app**** for and never received on the 25/03/2025. They agreed that refund was owed and asked for my proof of account which I sent to them via email (agents email address). They said it would take 7-15 working days. I have followed up 4 times since then and still have had no luck.

This is very disappointing as i have spent many years with WebAfrica and never had an issue before.
