No refund,more lies.

I asked them for a refund,and they refused to process it. Every time I contacted them they'd always claim to be processing and come up with new excuses. Initially I was told it would take 7 days but it kept on increasing and now its apparently going to take 2 months. I'm a student and this is a lot of money for me,but they don't seem to care.
