No refund since April. Worst SP ever😩😩😩

Since April i have been fighting to get my refund back with every agent saying something different. They were suppose to install fibre at my house they didn’t then claimed they did. After taking them to ICASA they admitted that they didn’t install and i was promised my refund within 7 days, it has been a week now waiting.

Vumatel has granted the refund and now it’s stuck with WebAfrica. Their agent no nothing, you always repeating yourself to a different agent with no assistance from any. I regret the day I paid my money to them. It has been a nightmare dealing with them.
