no refund given but money taken

would not recommend them to anyone, i app**** fir wifi was let know i am not covered in my area, just to find out later they have been billing me all a long i have been fighting for a refund for more then a week now with no success, get told i must wait 5 days i have been waiting over 10 days now jet with no refund and still i get told i must wait but they are fast to deduct money but wont give it back, biggest **** i have ever seen. my bank can not do anything as i did not dispute the debit order right away.
