No refund from Webafrica

Webafrica deducted a double payment from my bankaccount in Jan 2025. I have been battling for 21 days now to get a refund done. Is this how they actually make their money by *****ing from their clients? With this poor rating I am sure never to get my money refunded to me! I have been "chatting" to 7 different Agents in 21 days with absolute NO results!

By the way- do not try using "Just Answer" advertising on this site! They just tried to **** me!
