No refund after being double debited

I've been trying to get refunded as they double debited my accounts and it was escalated several times and were later told the process takes 1 to 14 days.

It's been six months later and still nothing happened as no correspondence from them in any way or form and they send msgs about payment that need to be made

I've even sent them proof of the debit orders but no luck
