No personal one on one just WhatsApp. No email address

When we signed up for fibre, we where told the router would be ours after a year. Well as everything is done online we have no proof and are struggling to cancel as they want additional costs. I disagree and would like to speak to someone before going to there office. NOT THROUGH WHATSAPP. very unipersonal and not friendly. Kannemeyer
