No one called back

I'm using their internet service provider, I'm working from home then I logged the query since last week the 27/01/2025. I called spoke to three different consultant from the sales department since their chat channel it's rediculars and they all promised that someone will definitely call back, still waiting that someone. And today I used their chat channel or platform from 08:54 thinking maybe I might be lucky someone might call. This is terrible service
