THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Moved houses only to be billed twice because I had to report "by the 20th, which was A weekend. Then when you ask where in that is stated for the customers to say..."No its not stated anywhere"! ***??? Then ymy new house subscription is cancelled instead of the old one. Try to chat with them on Whatsapp and you are made to hold FOREVER. If you lucky, you get a response from the most ***********, rude and clueless agents. I don't know what circus these people are running. Oh and did I mention when you try to cancel you now have to courier or deliver therouter (that you paid for) in Centurion with a fee ontop of that???
