Trying to resolve a cancellation of a line that was never completed on Webafrica side and having to pay for a service I won’t be using is absolutely ridiculous!!! Trying getting hold of a human being to speak to instead of their A.I. Bot on wattsap is even more frustrating!! The two agents I spoke to closed the chat before my issue got resolved and I have to start all over again to explain from scratch what needs doing! Sies Webafrica you are a disgrace
