No network

I am extremely frustrated with webafrica. I have been without internet for 6 days and the agents are giving me the same steps to follow without listening to my concerns. I feel like im speaking to Robots and what frustrates me more is that they refuse to get a manager or provide a contact number for me to speak to a real person and not watsapp where thry respond after 30 minutes...I had to go to the office to work which put avreal financial and emotional strain on me.
