No modem received, unauthorised debits from my account

I would seriously like to discourage anybody reading this to read all the reviews for Webafrica before considering signing up with them. Not doing it is costing me dearly, at the point where I now need to close my bank account to stop them from constantly taking large amounts, up to R2500 from my account on 3 occasions despite me never even receiving a modem from them, despite numerous attempts to try and get it from them, sadly communication with them is very much one sided. They never respond to emails, they never answer their phones, if you are lucky you get someone to chat to on their WhatsApp service after 4 hours of unsuccessful attempts, only to be told someone would phone you, which obviously never happens. I never received a modem, there is therefore no way I owe them even one cent. And even if I did get a modem, which I definitely didn't, the first 3 months would have been free as per their advertising. Stay away, I need to move banks because of them
