No internet week 2!!!!!

Worst service ever , I am a small business owner working from home it's been over a week with no internet, we moved from one house to another and they had over 2 weeks notice to move our line and it's now week 2 with no internet, they say the previous tenants did not cancel the line and they are with vumatel and it's vumatel that's the problem NO WEBAFRICA YOU ARE THE PROBLEM ! we pay you for a service , a service that you are clearly not giving us this needs to be sorted ASAP I am losing money every day because of you
