No internet SIX WEEKS after installation!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is a horrible (no)service provider and they have zero customer support. I have tried for SIX weeks to get fibre internet activated after installation,with no success. Nine chats on their “customer (dis)service” whatsapp, reference numbers, escalations, all amount to nothing. Stay as far away as you possibly can!
