NO internet since Sat 16 Oct 21 at 10:24am due to reported "Outage"

We have *No service since WEBAFRICA Reported an Outage on Sat 16th Oct 2021 @10:24am!* Today will complete 4 days without internet. Seems that they said is the infrastructure as usual and reported to Vumatel and not SADV as they are the correct infrastructure provider's. Is there anyone that were affected by this "outage" in Cape Town, Stellenbosch or Somerset area? We need to spend hours trying to get hold of WebAfrica tech support via the Whatsapp and it is not a good experience. Use the Bot to gain fault information before you speak to their agents so you know what is happening so they will not be able to mask the truth. Send any message then click 3 (Check if you are affected by any outages) then if yes, click on link to also see on their website so you can print screen to send to the tech support via WhatsApp..

I still have No internet access fromm 16 Oct 2021... After calling SADV (Our Infrastructur provider) and investigatin I found out that WebAfrica tech support reported to the wrong Infrastructure provider (Vumatel). After I report to them they needed to start a new process with SADV which now are taking time to sort it out. Unacceptable.

Cape Town 24 October 2021 @11:26 am

WebAfrica (WA) management,
You again left me without providing me internet connection service and this time was from *16 October 2021 at 10:24 am until 24 October 2021 at 9:30 am, which was over 7 days*. This is unacceptable & makes Webafrica an unreliable service provider. I have asked several of your WhatsApp agents to request a manager to call me since the problem started on 16 October 2021 however until today, nobody called me to follow up.
I kept finding evidence that point that the problem is on WebAfrica side not at your partner SADV (Infrastructure provider) you keep saying.
The major evidence was when I checked on "my estate's Facebook group (over 500 houses here!)" and they had no problem with "their service providers", "and still had internet access, even "using the exact same infrastructure", so makes No sense to blame the infrastructure provider SADV, which you have done several times.

*Send cancellation confirmation - Cancel my Service button disabled:*
Since this new service problem started, I have been trying to make sure i cancel my service and this would be my last month with you guys as I selected "Month to Month deal" and this month was already fully paid (but no service provided for days!), however now you "kept me from cancelling via my account dashboard as you "disabled the cancellation button" (i evidenced on a video). You reported to me that all your email services are no longer to be used and the WhatsApp chat (Bot) would be our only support however it "do not offer any options" for "cancellations" so I was not able to even cancel my service immediately, spending days to figure out how to cancel my services.
The "only option you offered to your customers" to cancel was via the customer dashboard, which again, the cancellation button was disabled which i reported to your WhatsApp tech support. As I was for a long time trying to see if your "cancel my service button would be active again", I decided to ask help from the WhatsApp chat support so used option #4 (Get transferred to one of our agents and chat via Whatsapp.) then option 5 (I have a connection/speed issue and need assistance.) as all other options also do not match with my topic (Cancellations) as evidenced. The agent decided to help me even if was not the correct subject (connection/speed issue).
So again, I tried to cancel online via the Only way WebAfrica instructed & provided to your customers to cancel their services which is via your website (customer dashboard) a few times *but the cancellation button (red) is not active so I was Not able to cancel my service*. Having said that, WebAfrica failed to allow me to cancel as requested as instructed to be done (by WA customer dashboard).
*Just make sure is cancelled by 31 Oct 2021 (last day of service paid) and "No debit will be done on my credit card at all.*

*REMOVE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS FROM WEBAFRICA SYSTEM & DATABASE IMMEDIATELY*⚠️

Please confirm my credit card details *were immediately Removed from all the WebAfrica database, including my account, as I do Not authorize to keep it there as you guys did not provide service for days and I am trying to cancel my service even being on a Month to Month deal where WebAfrica confirmed I can leave at any time*
You are keeping me from removing my Credit Card details from your database as you blocked 🚫 me from deleting my card details (*See evidence*), which are against the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) & POPIA (The Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013) regulations.
If you do not do that now, you will be responsible for WebAfrica damages.
*Please send cancellation confirmation and the last day of service is 31 Oct 2021 at 23:59 pm and that my credit card was "Removed" from all your databases.*
See my WebAfrica *** provided by your agent "Mothusi" today via the WhatsApp chat at 11:45 when I asked for a complaint reference number.

Hi Heinrich Dourie - WebAfrica Customer Manager.

I sent you the emails below and no reply since 29 Nov 2021. Seems that you are already ignoring my emails.

Can you please just help me with those emails especially about the router?

If you are not able to help, can you please send it to a manager that can assist? I am giving the opportunity for you guys to at least reduce the bad impact over WebAfrica name.

WebAfrica advert stating "FREE" Fiber router offer Not "Free to use":

The WebAfrica advert i got it when i signed with WebAfrica clearly states the offer & promise of a "FREE Fibre-ready router".
The WebAfrica Advert i got it says "...as well as receive a FREE Fibre ready Router".
I printed the screen at that time to make sure and i found it, sent it to WebAfrica WhatsApp & and Heinrich Dourie - WebAfrica Customer Manager, but they are protecting their interests and refuse to confirm the truth. Unfortunately, I can not send it here.

Hi Heinrich.
I would like to inform you that I decided to make sure there will be no more hassles and finally finalize my link with WebAfrica so I managed to return the WebAfrica old Fiber Router today, so you guys can refurbish it as planned and as I understood. See generic receipt attached. Note that WebAfrica office in Woodstock, Cape Town, said they only have this poor generic receipt and not a proper WebAfrica one with the letterhead etc. Unfortunately, you have the only email we can reach someone from WebAfrica. I hope you guys improve before it is too late.
