No internet service

No Internet service for the past week, happens every month for the past 3 months.

I call everyday to hold on for 30 minutes to listen to jokes.

I eventually got through on Wednesday spoke to William someone was to call me back.

I am still waiting.

Called again this am and held on for almost an hour.

I selected the call back option nobody has called me back
