No internet service!!!

Im super disappointed with the service or rather lack of service from Webafrica!!! installation done on the 1st October 2021, router was sent to incorrect address. when it did finally arrive, there i have no internet connection and its been more than a week!!! The money has been taken from my account and but i still have no internet!!! The whatsapp chat takes hours to speak to an agent...very disappointed with service!!!
