No internet once again for over 3 days

You guys are very quick when making your debits but your fiber service is poor...Once again i haven't had internet for 3 days and for the past 2 weeks my internet goes active from morning and goes offline in the evening as if its capped....Kindly resole this issue right now....Ps dont call and tell me to reboot the router cause i have already done that 20 times, just solve this issue.
